Personal Training Programs
Start a program that will meet your fitness and wellness goals. Personal training is for anyone. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, if you just want to stay fit, tweak your workout or have a specific workout designed for you, our trainers can meet your needs.
Complimentary Fitness Evaluation (30 Minutes)
Get a baseline assessment of your current fitness level to set goals or check your progress. Evaluations measure heart rate, body weight, body composition, lower back / hamstring flexibility, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. Free when renewing or signing up as a first time member and $30 for non-members.
Body Composition Testing
Body composition determines the amount of fat and muscle that makes up your weight, which will help you in making proper nutrition and exercise decisions. Free for members and $5 for non-members.
Individual Personal Training (30 Minutes)
On-going sessions will provide you with extra motivation, variety and accountability that will help achieve your health and fitness goals. Equipment Orientation: Learn how to properly use our weight room and cardiovascular equipment by attending an orientation. These sessions are held on the first and third Mondays of the month from 7 - 8 a.m., or 6 - 7 p.m. Free for members and with paid guest admission.
