Vaccination Clinics

Vaccination clinics are held at the West Valley City Animal Shelter on the second and fourth Tuesday of every month. Clinics run from 3 to 5:30 p.m. on a first come first served basis, and will close early if full. Space is limited!

  • DAPPV/Parvo
  • Bordetella

  • Vaccinations are $10 (per vaccination) for residents of West Valley City and Taylorsville; vaccinations are $15 (per vaccination) for non-residents.
  • Microchips: $10

Clinic Information

Clinic is for animals needing vaccinations. If you only need a license, please the front office of the Animal Shelter for faster service.
  • You must have a drivers license or ID with you
  • You must be 18 years old
  • All animals must be on a leash or in a carrier

Clinic Steps

  1. Form an orderly line at the desk for vaccination form.
  2. Move to the side and fill form(s) out completely and legibly - one form per animal being vaccinated.
  3. Make sure that your form is signed.
  4. Get in line at the desk to hand in your form and receive a number. Any questions can be answered when you turn your form in.
Please do no keep your animal in your parked vehicle unless cleared by our staff.
