Vaccination Clinics

Vaccination clinics are held at the West Valley City Animal Shelter on the second and fourth Tuesday of every month. Clinics run from 3 to 5:30 p.m. on a first come first served basis and will close early if full. Space is limited!

  • Bordetella
  • DAPPV/Parvo
  • Rabies


  • Rabies


  • Microchips: $10
  • Vaccinations are $10 (per vaccination) for residents of West Valley City and Taylorsville; vaccinations are $15 (per vaccination) for non-residents.

Clinic Information

The clinic is for animals needing vaccinations. If you only need a license, please the front office of the Animal Shelter for faster service.

  • All animals must be on a leash or in a carrier
  • You must be 18 years old
  • You must have a drivers license or ID with you

Clinic Steps

  1. Form an orderly line at the desk for vaccination form.
  2. Move to the side and fill form(s) out completely and legibly - one form per animal being vaccinated.
  3. Make sure that your form is signed.
  4. Get in line at the desk to hand in your form and receive a number. Any questions can be answered when you turn your form in.

Please do not keep your animal in your parked vehicle unless cleared by our staff.
