Administrative GRAMA Records Request

Overview
The West Valley City Recorder's Office responds to all requests for records made under the Utah Government Records Access and Management Act (GRAMA). Requests for records may be submitted several ways:

  1. Print and complete the GRAMA Request form and fax it to 801-963-3206.
  2. Download and complete the GRAMA Request form and submit via email to nichole.camac@wvc-ut.gov.
  3. Complete the Online GRAMA Request form.
  4. Print and complete the GRAMA Request form and submit it via mail or in person to:
