| Be prepared to SWEAT! This military style workout has intervals of cardiovascular training interspersed with muscular strength or endurance training. This class gives you a complete workout. Format may include basic kickboxing moves, floor work, step aerobics, weights and the use of other equipment. A challenging workout for all abilities.
|| A high-energy cardiovascular workout on a stationary bike designed for all fitness levels. You will experience hill climbs, rolling hills and sprints. Participants have total control of resistance and intensity level of their workout.
|| A modern dance cardio class which incorporates moves from Yoga, Pilates, and martial arts. It is great for seniors, dancers and anyone seeking a flowing, non-jarring workout.

||A class for seniors or anyone who desires or needs a strength training class at a slower pace. Have fun and move to music through a variety of exercises designed to increase strength, range of motion, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are used. Class can be done in or out of a chair.|
||A step class using more than one step, adding cross training as you move from one step to the next. Power intervals are added with muscle toning at the end.|

||Our kickboxing class is a non-contact cardiovascular workout utilizing punching and kicking techniques from both martial arts and kickboxing. Very easy to follow and suited for all levels. |Zumba Lite||Designed for the active older adult, the true beginner, and/or people who are not used to exercising, or people who may be limited physically. This class is done at a much lower intensity. The same great Latin styles of music and dance are used and just as fun. Zumba Lite strives to improve balance, strength, flexibility and most importantly, the heart.|
|Zumba Step||A fun combo class that includes a cardio workout on the Step and adds in moves from Zumba.|
|A fitness class just for kids! It teaches Yoga poses in a fun environment, including kid's music and games. It emphasizes body awareness through breathing, feeling and moving the body without competition or judgment. Must be 5 years of age or older.
|A party-like atmosphere that is so much fun, kids forget they're working out! A great way to teach your kids movement, coordination and most importantly how to have fun in a healthy way.|
