|Sliver Sneakers BOOM||BOOM was developed by leading Silver Sneakers fitness experts to improve strength, flexibility and endurance. Classes include: BOOM muscle (body conditioning), BOOM movement (Dancing from simple to complex), and BOOM mind (Yoga and Pilates fusion).|
|Sliver Sneakers Classic||This class is for Seniors or anyone wanting to have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement, and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing band with handles, and Silver Sneakers balls are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support. This class can be adapted by the student depending on their fitness level and abilities. It is suitable for beginning to intermediate skill levels.|
|Cycling||A high-energy cardiovascular workout on a stationary bike designed for all fitness levels. Jump on a bike and ride to a "new place” with over 80 Virtual DVDs to escape to. You will experience hill climbs, rolling hills and sprints. Participants have total control of resistance and intensity level of their workout. Improve your cardio endurance and muscular strength with drills and intervals as well as Tabata training.|
|Cycling & Yoga||Pairing indoor cycling’s intense, calorie busting workout with yoga may seem like a mismatch, but it works!
A 30-minute intense ride, followed by 30 minutes of yoga to rebalance your body to help you feel fully recharged!
|Sliver Gentle Yoga||A Tai Chi inspired yoga class for beginners, seniors, or anyone seeking a flowing, non-jarring workout. Both chairs and mats can be used to modify everything so that all poses can be made to suit all abilities. You can choose to use a chair or a matt to adjust to your own level of comfort and relax completely.|
|Pilates||This popular mat workout concentrates on core strength, body alignment and muscular balance. This class emphasizes the importance of overall core strength in not only the abdominals, but all major muscles providing better balance and stability.|
|Piloxing||A non-stop, cardio fusion of standing Pilates, boxing and dance that will push you past your limits. Piloxing is a high-energy interval workout that uniquely blends the power, speed and agility of boxing with the targeted sculpting and flexibility of Pilates.|
|Power Tone||A complete body workout combining sets of resistance training, HIIT (high intensity interval training), and cardiovascular drills. Using a variety of weight training equipment (bars, free weights, balls, bands, jump ropes, kettle bells and more!) to change the shape of your body - no muscle gets neglected!|

|Kids Yoga (Ages 5-14)|| Kids Fitness Classes
A fitness class just for kids! It teaches Yoga poses in a fun environment, including kid's music and games. It emphasizes body awareness through breathing, feeling and moving the body without competition or judgment. Must be 5 years of age or older.
|Kids Zumba (Ages 5-14)||A party-like atmosphere that is so much fun, kids forget they're working out! A great way to teach your kids movement, coordination and most importantly how to have fun in a healthy way.|
