Early Morning Group Personal Training (Boot Camp)
5:15 – 6:00 am
Training sessions are held every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Group training is an effective and affordable way to get in great personal training sessions. They aren’t random workouts like most group classes. The training sessions progressively build upon one another to ensure you progress towards your fitness goals. You get the attention, progressive programming, and nutritional help from a qualified personal trainer with the added bonus of having others pushing through the workouts right alongside you. You will quickly be welcomed by the group and will soon have a “fitness family” that will cheer and support you in attaining your goals.
The cost is $99/month
All are welcome for a FREE “trial” week of classes to see if it is the right fit for them.
