Regular meetings and/or Public hearings are usually scheduled for the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 4 pm, in the City Council Chambers, West Valley City Hall, 3600 S. Constitution Blvd.

Study meetings are usually scheduled for the first and third Wednesday of each month at 3 pm, in Room 220, West Valley City Hall, 3600 S. Constitution Blvd.

Meetings in addition to those specified will be held as circumstances require. Appropriate notice will be given for such meetings.
