Water Aerobics
Our rejuvenating Water Aerobic Classes are taught by Water Aerobics Enthusiasts!
Our Aquatic Fitness Experts have a unique understanding of water as an effective medium for exercise. Classes are fun, invigorating, challenging and highly effective. You'll burn fat, tone muscles, enhance posture and improve cardiovascular strength and endurance.                                 

The water's unique principles provide an environment that allows you to easily adjust your workout to fit your personal fitness level. To kick up the intensity simply add more power and drive behind the exercises, especially in the legs, travel more, lift higher and push the water harder to create turbulent water flow around your working body! To decrease intensity just ease up on the power and force of the movements and glide through the exercises. 


First Class Is Free!
Let the instructor know it is your first time to class and receive a pass for an additional free visit for both you and your friend! 

Always check with your health care provider before starting any new activities. If your medical insurance covers the cost of Silversneakers, you'll be able to attend Water Aerobic Classes also at no cost.

Class Description
Cardio Tone

Non-stop aerobic exercise that will harness the power of liquid resistance for a total body workout while pushing fat-burning systems into high gear.

Fit Intervals

Short bursts of powerful, intense movements frequently fused into workout are specifically designed to build aerobic endurance while toning and firming.
Ageless
Fitness
A perfect combination of aerobic and strength training exercises performed at a slightly slower pace to encourage and develop strength and stamina.
Training Deep A fantastic non-impact way to use the water as a powerful gym. Overloading muscle defining exercises with heart pumping movements.
