ALL GROUPS MUST SUBMIT A REGISTRATION PACKET TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICES OFFICE ON AN ANNUAL BASIS.

Have you ever wanted to get better insight into the day of a West Valley City Police Officer?  Do you know of someone considering a career in law enforcement?  Consider doing a ride-along with them!  

Attached is a link to the request form that explains the program.  Individuals under the age of 18 MUST have a parent or guardian sign the waiver.  The signature MUST be made in the presence of a Notary.  There are Notary's available at City Hall.

You may return the forms to the West Valley City Neighborhood Services Office and we will route them to the Police Department.

This is a great opportunity to really understand the daily duties of our Police Officers.
