Jordan River Marketplace

Plans for a mixed-use 18-acre multicultural marketplace in one of West Valley City RDA's are moving ahead as the Centerville-based developer, Ascent Construction, Inc., works with its development team in designing and constructing the City’s long awaited Jordan River Marketplace. The development will complement the mission of the
Utah Cultural Celebration Center by providing a cultural marketplace that will occupy the property south of the Center near 1200 West between 3200 South and 3300 South. This unique mixed-use development has the potential to define
West Valley City for generations and become a gateway to the city that will include commercial, residential and office spaces.

The Ascent Construction team, headed by Bob Murri, Director of Marketing, strongly believes West Valley City wants the Jordan River Marketplace Project to become a destination place with both a high-end design and tenants that will promote and sustain a pedestrian-friendly development that will "truly exemplify what West Valley City is all about." Their team will work collaboratively together with
West Valley City leadership and other community stakeholders as a unified team that will make this proposed vision a reality.
