Teresa offers personal training, fitness plans, and weight management programs to match the exercise needs of her clientele through a welcoming environment and outside-the-box thinking.

Her services extend to all ages specializing in Senior Fitness and Functional Movement. Teresa has an Associates of Applied Science with a Major in Fitness from Salt Lake Community College. She is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine and has a certification in Functional Movement Systems

Teresa has been recognized as the “Best of West Valley City” in the category of Personal Trainer for her contributions and achievements in the field of health and fitness in 2019, 2021, and 2022.

Tara offers training that is truly personalized as she meets clients where they are and helps them map out a plan to reach their goals. 

Training since 2014, she is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and Precision Nutrition. She has done it all, from working in public gyms, to online, to in-home visits. She knows what it takes to see results and is also sensitive to those experiencing mental health challenges or other hurdles that can make sustainable lifestyle change tricky. She is a firm believer that movement is medicine!
