Are people required to wear mask to enter the facility?
It is recommended. However, patrons are not required to wear mask inside the facility.
Am I going to get screened before entering the facility?
No; but if you or anyone in your home is experiencing symptoms, we kindly ask that you not enter the fitness center. These symptoms include; fever over 100.4, changes in taste or smell, muscle soreness, sore throat, cough, shortness of breath, or if you have traveled outside the state in the past 14 days. 
When will things change?
As risk levels change, we will reevaluate what needs to be done in order to operate to the best of our ability to serve our customers in a safe environment. 
What hours will we be open?
Facility hours will be:

Mon-Fri 5 AM-10 PM

Saturday 6:30 AM-9 PM

Sunday 10:30 AM-5 PM

Will my membership start again when the Family Fitness Center re-opens? 
Yes. Memberships paid in full have been extended for the duration of our closure. Memberships with monthly bank drafts will continue. We understand that because some areas of the facility are not available, you may want to continue to freeze your membership. Please contact Brooke at [email protected] or 801-955-4005 to continue to freeze your membership. We will allow “freeze” only until all facility areas are reopened.
What am I expected to do if I come?
You will be encouraged to wear a mask covering your nose and mouth to come to the Family Fitness Center. If you or anyone in your household are ill or have travelled outside of Utah in the past 14 days, please do not come. Social distancing is required at all times. Time limits may be enforced if demand exceeds availability to best serve all guests. You will be asked to follow staff directions. There may be a wait to use facility areas, based on capacity. The maximum time allowed at the Fitness Center is two hours per day. During busy times, the maximum time will be only one hour.
Snack bar is closed until further notice, but you can purchase drinks and packaged snacks at the front desk.
What are the restrictions? 
Cardio Theater: Machines have been moved and cordoned off to meet the state social distancing requirement.
Weight Room: Machines have been moved and cordoned off to meet the state social distancing requirement. Some machines can also be found in the lobby surrounding the weight room. Free weights and plate machines will not be available during this time.
Gymnasium: Social Distance of 6ft is required by all patrons. Individuals living in the same household can share a basketball at this time. There is a limit of 4 patrons per hoop and pick up games are not allowed. Pickleball can be played in the mornings until 9am, doubles can only be played with partners from the same household. We are not handing out equipment at the front desk.
Racquetball: Racquetball courts B & C are open first come first serve. We are now allowing up to 2 individuals on the court only if they live in the same household. Patrons need to bring their own equipment. Currently, we are not allowing Wallyball.
Rockwall: Rockwall is open for free climb. Currently, belaying is not allowed.
Edutainment: Edutainment is open. We ask that children and parents practice social distancing while in Edutainment and wash/sanitize hands frequently. Children 6 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
Lobby Games: Air hockey and table tennis equipment are available for check out.
Locker Rooms: Locker rooms are available for use and will be cleaned by staff periodically. We ask that individuals practice social distancing while in the locker rooms.
Community Room Rentals: Community Rooms are available for rent. The max of any group is 50. For more information on community room rentals, please contact Nick Coleman; 801-955-4007 or email [email protected].
Land Group Fitness Classes: Classes will be limited in numbers based on the location of the class (Studio A, Studio B, Gym, Functional Fitness Room). If equipment is needed for the class, patrons will be asked to wipe down equipment before and after use. Patrons will be required to bring their own equipment for certain classes, i.e. yoga mats and gloves for kick boxing. Patrons will be asked to follow social distancing of 6ft while working out.  
Swim Lessons: Registration for swim lessons will begin. Parents are asked to social distance themselves while on the pool deck during swim lessons.
 Leisure Pool: The leisure pool is open. Social distancing must be followed on the pool deck.
Youth & Adult Programs: Most programs will be offered with some restrictions. Social distancing is highly recommended for participants and spectators. 
Park Pavilions & Centennial Pool Pavilions: We are not accepting pavilion rentals. 
Is it safe to come? 
We are open and closely following guidelines set by the state and county health departments. We frequently clean and disinfect equipment and require all staff to wear face masks. We ask that patrons wipe down equipment after each use.
As always, staff and guests are asked to not enter the facility if they are considered at a higher risk of severe illness from COVID-19. Staff will be monitored daily and not allowed to work if any symptoms are shown. 
How can I pay? 
We are now accepting cash and check, but prefer credit/debit cards. Parents may call our front desk to put money on account for their kids with a credit card. As a City, we cannot accept any electronic transfers such as Venmo or PayPal.
What is the schedule for group fitness classes (land and water)? 
Classes will be limited in numbers based on the location of the class (Studio A, Studio B, Gym, Functional Fitness Room, and pool). If equipment is needed for the class, patrons are asked to wipe down equipment before and after being used. In certain classes, patrons will be required to bring their own equipment i.e. yoga mats and gloves for kick boxing. Patrons will be asked to follow social distancing of 10ft while working out.  
Class schedule right now is TBA as we are working on scheduling instructors. Once a schedule is made it will be posted on our facebook page and website.
Which recreation programs will be offered at this time? 
Kidz Kamp will be offered during this time period. Extra precautions are taken to protect kids and staff with additional cleaning and hand washing throughout the day. Face shields covering the nose and mouth will be worn by staff and are encouraged for kids in the program. 
We will begin taking registration for youth Summer Sports Camp, Fall Youth Soccer, and Fall Jr. Bees starting Monday, June 1st.
