Sidewalk, Curb & Gutter Repair Program for Residents

Overview

This program provides an option to residents who desire to complete repairs to sidewalks, curb and gutter adjacent to their property.

The program includes:

1. Permit fees will be waived by the city.
2. A predetermined amount of funds will be included in the budget each year for this program. Applications will be accepted from residents by the Concrete Supervisor until the budgeted funds have been exhausted. Applications will then be accepted after the first business day of the next fiscal year.
3. Applications must be approved prior to work being performed. When the work has been completed and inspected by the city, the city will pay $17 per linear foot for replacement of sidewalk, or curb and gutter.
4. City crews will complete asphalt connections between the new gutter and the existing roadway.
5. Must be approved by The Public Works Director.
