Garbage & Recycling

West Valley City contracts with ACE Recycling and Disposal to provide garbage, recycling, and bulky waste services.

Recycling bins for glass (bottles and jars) are available at the following locations. (Bins are painted blue):

• West Valley City Family Fitness Center, 5415 West 3100 South (West Lot, south of ball diamond)
• Maverik Center North Overflow Lot, 3025 South Decker Lake Drive (2210 West)
• Public Works Building, 2805 South 3600 West (south portion of parking lot)
