2. Upcoming 90th Percentile Retention Requirement Comments
   The City’s new storm water permit with the State of Utah requires all new development or redevelopment projects disturbing greater than or equal to one acre, including projects less than one acre that are part of a larger common plan of development or sale, must manage rainfall on-site, and prevent the off-site discharge of the precipitation from all rainfall events less than or equal to the 90th percentile rainfall event. This is a substantial change, and the city is seeking input from developers and land owners on how to implement this permit requirement. Please leave a comment on the proposed requirement.
