National Night Out 2021 Event Vendor Registration

    Dear Community Partner: Welcome to National Night Out 2021! It is America’s Night Out Against Crime! This is the 38th annual National Night Out, a crime and drug prevention event sponsored by the National Association of Town Watch. West Valley City is excited to invite you to participate in this year’s West Valley City Neighborhood Nights and National Night Out activities. We hope you will be able to take advantage of this terrific opportunity to share your important message with our residents. Throughout the month of August, West Valley City will be hosting FREE community safety fairs around the City as we celebrate West Valley City Neighborhood Nights and participate in National Night Out 2021. Our goal for these events is to provide educational opportunities to ALL residents of West Valley City. The primary focus will be on community, neighborhood, home, and family safety. Please complete the registration form before July 31, 2021. Space is limited, so register early.   4. Details / Instructions:

    Events at the WVC Family Fitness Center will be indoors, tables and chairs will be provided. Shade structures will not be allowed inside. If your display is a large exposition style unit that requires additional space, please indicate in “Special Requests” and include a picture of the unit. If you plan to bring pop-up banners and need additional floor space near your table, please indicated in "Special Requests" how much additional space you will need.  Tables are a standard 6’ folding table. Tables will not have table covers or skirting. Please provide your own. Set up will begin 1 hour before the start time. Take down should be completed within 30 minutes of the end time.


    The event on the Fairbourne Station Promenade will be outside.  Vendors are required to provide their own canopy, tables, and chairs.  Power connections are very limited, please indicate if you need to be near a connection and plan to provide your own cord.  No vehicles will be allowed in the vendor area as this park does not allow vehicles on the lawn area.   Set up will begin 1 hour before the start time. Take down should be completed within 30 minutes of the end time.

  5. Senior Safety & Health Fair - Monday, August 23 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am

    This event is designed as a friendly morning of helpful information at the WVC Family Fitness Center (5415 West 3100 South). This event is held inside.  Vendors should focus information on crime prevention and health information for seniors (60+). This event is FREE to ALL attendees.  Tables and chairs will be provided.  Vendors should plan to provide their own table covering.

  7. Family Safety & Health Fair - Monday, August 23 from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm

    This event is designed as a family friendly afternoon of helpful information at the WVC Family Fitness Center (5415 West 3100 South).  This event is held inside.  Invitations will be sent home with children enrolled in after school programs at the center. Advertisements will also be placed in the center to invite the public. Vendors should focus information on crime prevention and health information for families. This event is FREE to ALL attendees.  Tables and chairs will be provided.  Vendors should plan to provide their own table covering.

  8. Monday, August 23
  9. Community Heroes Celebration - Wednesday, September 1 from 5:30 to 8:00 pm

    The Community Heroes Celebration returns this year as an evening event held on the Fairbourne Station Promenade (3590 South Market Street) with helpful community partner information booths and the opportunity for the public to meet their local law enforcement. This event is FREE to ALL attendees. This event continues to get bigger every year and includes: Safety information displays, Emergency vehicle displays, Police K-9 Demonstration, live entertainment, food trucks and more. This event is outdoors, all vendors are asked to provide their own canopy, tables and chairs.  Power connections are very limited, if you need power we will locate you as close as possible to an outlet, vendors should bring a 25' cord to connect.
