Scott is a lifelong citizen of West Valley City. He graduated from Granger High and earned a bachelor’s degree from BYU-Idaho and a MBA from Western Governor's University. He is a real estate broker and program manager for Utah Housing Corporation.
Scott and his wife, Jane are the proud parents of five children.
