The next Municipal Election for West Valley City will be held in 2027. The following positions will be on the ballot:
- Councilmember At-Large
- Councilmember District 1
- Councilmember District 3

Voter Registration Requirements
- U.S. Citizen and Utah Resident for at least 30 days before Election Day
- 18 years old by November 4, 2025
Ways to Register or Update your Voter Registration
- Register to Vote or Update Your Voter Registration Online (requires UT Driver License or ID)
- Register or Update Your Information at the Driver License Division (when obtaining or renewing your license or ID)
- Register to Vote or Update Your Voter Registration By Mail (download, print, and mail in)
- Register or Update Your Information In-Person at the Salt Lake County Clerk's Office:

- Monday - Thursday 8 AM - 5 PM

- You may register to vote the day of an election during polling hours at Early Voting or Election Day Vote Centers. You are required to show identification and proof of residency to cast a provisional ballot.
