Some violations of City code are simple, one time offenses, such as parking a vehicle to obstruct the sidewalk, or a loud party that extends past 10 PM, a dog running loose, or too many garage sales. These issues may be addressed with the issuance of an Administrative Citation. This citation is a one-time fine; daily fines do not accrue. However, subsequent fines are elevated for each violation within a twelve-month period.
The fine schedule is as follows:
- 1st offense - Up to $100 per violation
- 2nd offense - Up to $200 per violation
- 3rd and all subsequent offenses - Up to $400 per violation
