The Human Resources (HR) team provides support to all West Valley City employees and departments, handle hiring, pay, benefits, training, and workplace concerns. The HR Director’s role is to make sure all policies are fair, consistent, and follow state and federal laws. HR also works quickly to resolve employee questions and complaints.

If E-Verify cannot confirm your work status, we will give you written instructions and time to contact the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or the Social Security Administration (SSA) before any action is taken.
