Certain traffic violations may qualify for the new Deferred Prosecution program. Deferred Prosecution is a program created by the Utah Legislature where you can earn a dismissal of the charge(s) listed in your citation if you meet all requirements. You must apply for this program no later than 21 days after receiving your citation. To get more information about this program and to determine if you qualify, check the deferred prosecution page on the Utah Courts’ website. (Please do this BEFORE taking any other actions).
The Justice Court will no longer fax or email records that are available on Xchange. Non certified records can be found on Xchange. Fees may apply.
