West Valley City Utility Billing bills property owners for Storm Water Utility fees, Street Lighting fees, and Sanitation Services. Our office is located inside the Public Works building.

Paying Your Bill

All customers may pay their bills through the mail, in person, or online.  Paperless bills are also available upon request.

West Valley City Utility Billing contracts with Xpress Bill Pay for online payments, online access to your account history, and auto-payments. This service is available to you for no additional cost.

Unpaid debt may result in a lien on property. All returned checks will be assessed a service fee.
